Finds a couple of different typecasting issues. The first is when you use Type.GetType(string) with a string constant. These can almost always be converted to typeof(string). The second is when using Type.GetInterface(string) with a string constant. These can usually be converted to an as statement.

I wanted to include finding casts that weren't necessary but the compiler removes these automatically.
